At Aran Woollen Mills, we want you to be delighted with your authentic Irish knitwear; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all manufacturer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Item

Securely pack your knitwear in its original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the generated prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
